Our Process
Design
Call us, visit our showroom, or contact us through this website to schedule a complimentary on-site measurement and assessment for your project. Once we’ve discussed your specific needs and budget, we’ll put together a design, written estimate, and project timeline and answer any questions you may have.
Fabrication
After we finalize your estimate we will begin the fabrication or ordering process. Fabrication is done in-house to your exact specifications by our team of glass experts. For off-the-shelf products, we will either place your order with our trusted vendors or in some cases, the product may be available in our expansive warehouse facility. In either case, your glass specialist will keep you informed on the product status while coordinating any necessary details with designers, contractors, architects, landlords, or anyone else involved.
Installation
On the day of installation, our team will arrive at your home or business in our branded, well-maintained
delivery vehicles. Each member of our team is dedicated to treating your home or business as if it were their own, which means setting up protective products on your floors or walls when necessary, carefully handling your glass product and thoroughly cleaning up when the project is complete. We’re not done until you are completely happy with the finished product.
